Offset spring hangers?

Anybody know of any offset spring hangers for a 69 B-body? Can the E-body P4120078 offset hangers for SS springs be used on a B-body? I know a clearance hole would be necessary in the frame rail to accomodate the spring eye bolt. Will the offset and bolt pattern work?
