I am restoring my Challenger, I have also complete set of brakes from '01 Corvette.
I was planning to buy Wilwood brakes, but maybe I could use Vette parts ?
Anybody tried to do it ?

You would have to build hubs and brackets to mount the caliper from scratch..
Bolt pattern is different too so your front and rear won't match.

You also might be able to use your drum brake hubs, and machine the bore of the rotor to fit over it ,and redrill the bolt pattern to 5 on 4.5"...that would save maching hubs from scratch. Still need to design a caliper mount of course.

Getting a disc kit from someone like DrDiff here on the board to start with would save alot of effort, just the shipping to get it to you and all..

I have been tossing this around in my head also, I'm just gonna grab vette calipers and use them on my unicast rotors, and my ford rear rotors, sorry got a 9 inch rear. I was gonna do this as an alternative to the Viper caliper swap. Viper calipers are stupid expensive, yet you can snatch up Vette Pbr caliper in 4 caliper sets on ebay reasonable. I have an advantage in having 30+ machine and fab shops as customers, can have them do the work. Are you looking to use the rotors also?

I've got PBR stuff going on my Holden..they use them factory as well. PBR is Aussie stuff anyways of course.

And kits in Oz to put PBR calipers and bigger rotors on Valiants are pretty common as well.

They are cheaper for a reason. They are floating calipers with pistons on one side. The two pistons on one side do distribute load over the inside pad better, but the caliper bridge is not nearly as supportive as a fixed brembo/willwood etc big type caliper. The 2001 Corvette calipers are also aluminum so that will save some weight over a stock floating caliper.

I have complete set, calipers, rotors, brake lines even complete suspension because I have '01 Vette rolling chasis. Engine + tranny I used for other purposes, all other left.
Maybe swap whole suspension ?

My Challenger was orginally disc brake version if it does matter.

All depends on how big a project you want...anything is possible with enough time, money and knowledge (and equiptment to do it all properly)

If you just want bigger brakes, that is one thing (either make hubs,mounts,etc from scratch like I mentioned) or buy front and rear kits and be done with it. If you want to change all the suspension and undercarrage of the car, then that's another thing. (and quite a large task)

I want to put bigger brakes, I have complete suspension with brakes from Corvette and now I am considering options

My idea was to save some money and use existing parts instead of buying Wilwood for US$ 1000-1500, but I am not sure if my option won't be even more expensive... Especially I have bought already new wheels.
