Everythin from the spindle outward: spindle/rotor/dust shield/hose/bearings etc. I believe you're good on the E body UCA/upper ball joint, not sure on the lower ball joint. Call your parts house & see if the app is the same #.

73-up A- body disc brakes are the same spindles as were used on 73-74 E -bodies. The calipers on E-body cars were pin type instead of sliders. I used A-body spindles on my 71 Challenger, and just swapped to pin type caliper adapters. Then I bought calipers and hoses for a 71 Challenger. I used the proportioning valve off the A-body, and it works just fine. My car has power brakes, so I ordered a NEW master cylinder for a 73 Challenger. I made my own lines going to the proportioning valve. The car stops great. Good luck.

Are these single piston calipers?
