Need help finding break pedal linkage and bushing

I'm changing-over my 1970 Ebody from non power brakes to power breaks.I have the power booster but realize I need the linkage from the booster rod to the pedal and the metal fire wall plate. I found the pivot rod I need on eBay but it is missing the bushing that goes on the booster rod(has the larger hole) thanks for any help!!
