wheel size 72 roadrunner/satellite

Will 15 X 7 wheels fit/not rub/and look ok for front wheels on this car? If so, what size tire would you recommend?

That was a factory wheel size. Run a 245/60/15 or a 255/60/15 up front.

Will 275/60 15's work on the back with 15 X 8 cop wheels?

As long as you run a reasonable offset. A factory 15x7 ralley wheel will not rub at all.

Same with the rear. A 275 will easily fit with the right offset.

I have 255/60 15s with stock 15x7 rallye wheels on my 71 runner, and the fronts just slightly rub at full wheel lock....but just barely.

I'm running 275 60 15s on 15 X 10 steelies in the back, no problem.
