Body Type: J = Challenger R/T
Price Class: S = Special
Body Type: 23 = 2 Door Hardtop
Engine: G = 318 150HP(net) or 155HP(net) 1-2BBL 8 CYL
Year: 2 = 1972
Sequence Number: 453115 = 353115th Vehicle Built

Agree with above, you're missing the (2) as in "23".

Here is a decoder:

I didn't create that decoder, just posted its results.

Oh, and BTW it's Not "Rally Pkg" , it's "RALLYE" package.

Yes, "Rallye name replaces R/T name", according to the 72 Dodge Pocket Stocker.

Then I'd change decoders cause that ones wrong. If it's wrong about one thing it may have other inaccuracies.

From 67 to 71 it was the identifier for an R/T
in 72 it was used to ID a Rally pkg car..

Price class. S = Special price class (rallye)

And.....

.....most online decoders suck.
