Identify 1970 Trim Piece

What is this trim piece. Found it in a box of 1970 Satellite stuff

really, 69s. 70s used a large one surrounding both tail lights

I believe this trim piece was used on all 1969 Chargers and the 1970 base model. 1970 500 and R/T did not use this trim. They had an aluminum one piece trim that went around both tail lights and across back of tail panel.
