71 Road Runner jack hook part number needed

Could one of you tell me the part number for the bumper jack hook for a 71 Road Runner or GTX? I am looking for the part number for the steel bumper jack hook. I have 2962691, but it is for a 4 door. From what I understand, 2962491 is for the rubber coated bumpers. I was told that 2962688 is the hook for a steel bumper. Can anyone confirm this?

Craig - I just checked the jack hook on my 71 Roadrunner and the part number is 3464960 with 93153 below that. See pic below.
