Triple black 1969 'Cuda???? - 07/08/08 03:54 AM

I mean 1969 Barracuda with the Cuda package and was triple black.......Did they ever make one? Any pics?

Didn't there used to be a '69 Cuda registry? I've searched and can't find it.......

Yeah the 1969 Cuda registry did go off line I think. I was registered with my 1969 'Cuda 340.

It is funny I was just telling my buddy I would love to see a triple black one but I don't know if any were made. That would be cool.....

Sure they did!! I restored one for my best buddy a couple years ago and might be buying it next spring.

Its a 340- 4 speed 3.55 Loaded with options! f8 green with black interior.

Sweet cars and not to many made with that package.

I think we all know they made 'Cuda models in 1969. That's a real nice F8 green example you restored.

But do you know one originally painted in the exterior color of TX9 Black??

Uhhhhh

That car is nice but it's not triple black i.e. black paint, black interior, black stripe (or in some models black vinyl roof)

Sorry! No, in all the research we did on the Cuda Package car's we never ran across an "Original" TRIPLE BLACK one.

Hmmmmmmmm........I'm thinking of building a replica and was looking for pics.......I guess I won't find any.....

I used to own an original B5 383 4-speed '69 Cuda with a 3.91 sure grip, manual disc brakes, black interior, console, and buckets........Man I really liked that car.......Sold it to put money down on my first house........

Cuda340, what size tires and wheel are in the rear? Are the springs moved in? Looks sweet.

The rears are 15X10 Custom steelies with 325/50R15 MT drag radial tires. The car is mini tubbed

with ladder bars and coilovers, so clearance was not an issue... Thanks for the compliments..
