Used cam + new lifters?

Is it OK to use a used cam with new lifters or will the wear pattern on the cam mess up the lifters?

Ive done this many times and have had ZERO problems of course results may vary.

No problem at all. Just observe the usual cam breakin procedure including the 20 minutes at 2000-2500 rpm, etc.

Yep, not a problem, just the other way around you really don't want to do. IE new cam with used lifters is a bad idea.
