Need help decoding vin#

I need some help decoding the vin# on a 67 belvedere. The vin is RP23H71213367. Any help is greatly appreciated.

RP is actually "Satellite"
H is simply 383 4bbl (no HP 383s until RR in '68)

The term HP means something different pre 68 and for 71 than it does 68-70. The four bbl version of the 383 is referred to as high performance compared to the 2bbl version. In reality, it just distinguishes the 4bbl from the 2bbl version.

It is a little odd, IIRC, my 67 rp23h had log exhaust manifolds, but factory dual exhaust.
