Quote:what john says! they never made a "3.91" pinion gear for the '65 and earlier tranny. a .80 reducer and a 21 tooth pinion are very close. only problem is 21 tooth pinions are near impossible to find. a 19 tooth pinion and a .70 reducer ( if imperial services makes one) would be close. be prepared to pay a couple hundred bucks for a reducer and speedo cable.
