Need to buy inner fender access covers--see attachment

I need to buy these covers for my 1970 Cuda. Any help out there?

I have found them in pick-a-part junkyards. If you know what the specific ones you need look like, you might be able to find them.

Also, they are usually rather simple pieces. If you have a template, you could make them from sheet-metal.
