Who is running a Lakewood Bell in a BB B-body ? - 07/02/08 04:23 AM

I'm trying to figure out what sort of linkage issues I will have with my Lakewood. I've got a used Lakewood blowproof bellhousing that was in feets Belvedere. It has a stud mounted to the side of it, but I can't figure out what I need for a clutch fork with my 10.5" Clutch set up.

Do can I use the correct one for an iron bellhousing or do I need another fork?

Also, how will the bellhousing and linkage clear with headers on my car ?

I put one in a 68 GTX.
Linakage is the same.
I did have to trim the bellhousing on the r/s
to clear the headders.
That was with a set of 2 1/8 TTI's.

I used the stock clutch fork with mine.
Be sure you've got the starter adaptor set up for the 10.5" clutch.
