help! Dodge and Chrysler shop techs

just got an '09 Chrysler T&C 25 anniv. edition today...thought it had the Hands free U-Connect but the display says its not in the system when u push the U-Connect button on the radio....Can i purchase the u-connect system and install myself? is it a ''plug and play'' type thing or is it like the setup i had the dealer install on my '05 Magnum?

Depends on what radio you have. If it says uconnect not availabe when you press button than you have to buy the kit and install it. You should be able to install it,but I do not remember if it needs to be programmed.
