Seat latch knobs for bench seats? A-body

Do they reproduce the knobs for 1973 bench seat mechanisms on A-bodies that latch the back of the seat? Are the knobs chrome or black or both depending on interior code as I have a 1972 knob which is chrome. Are the 1972 & 1973 knobs the same?
