ECU wiring

Will connecting blue wire with yellow tracer, to blue wire,and brown wire on ballest resister be correct, for getting power to ECU? Brown and blue wires come from ign. switch yes?? Thanks for the help.

just to the blue wire. On START moment where the brown wire is the one being feeded directly from IGN, the ballast will splice the power back to from brown to the blue, enough to feed the ECU.
