flywheel torque specs??? (440 flywheel)

i need the torque specs for the 6 bolts from flywheel/crank (bolts new from year one) also the 12 point bolts from around the edge for clutch/pressure plate wich is also new from year one
would you use semi perm locktite? (blue)
build up to the desired torque speck?
order of torqueing them?
