I don't know of a "cheap" place for any chrome work. The chrome and all of the polishing for my Demon was over $1500 and that was 3 years ago. I would look in the classified section.

Plating costs have risen greatly due to chemical recovery/management mandated by the EPA. Buy a set of new wheels instead.

Powder coat them? I thought someone was making a powder coat that looked and shined just like chrome or at least pretty darned good.

You could probably have a wheel outfit cut the rim shell off and replace it with a new chrome piece.

The words "cheap" and "chrome" can not be used in the same sentence.

Chrome plating new, clean parts on a production basis is very different than stripping, preping and plating old, rusty parts one at a time.

I think a lot of new chrome wheels come from countries with no EPA regs. That keeps cost down.
