Max Wedge intake Questions

Okay, so I'm staring at the wedge cross ram intake....and I notice I can only see two fastners holding the intake to the heads. I think that can't be right....so assume the other three (per side) are under the plugs on top the intake. Now my questions is what do you use to remove the plugs...almost looks like a torx head....what size?

Any help.

You can use a 3/8(I think) socket extension.You only have to use 4 of the 8 dimples in the plug.

They are 1/2" not 3/8".
