Space Saver Question

Just picked up this space saver.

dated 10/22

Yellow sticker and 2 valve stem. Did they have a few different sticker colors? I have seen only white sticker on the tire. Any reason they had the double valve stem?

The yellow sticker was associated with the safety valve stem/pressure relief valve.
