meep meep horn

I bought a purple beep beep horn from year one to replace the one in my 69 roadrunner. I thought it was bad, even though it looked in perfect shape. When I put the new horn in, it sounded exactly like the one I took out. It sounded just like a regular car horn. When I called year one, they said none of the aftermarket horns sound like the original. Is this true? If not, where can I get a real meep meep sounding horn?
