Who does good work rebuilding and re-plating Hurst shifters , not the chrome stick but the control box itself , thanks again for your replies.

ALways heard Hurst will do it, and I think they sell rebuild kits.

Hurst charges $250 for a full rebuild of an OEM shifter:
