My GTX has 10" drums in the rear with power disc up front. Is that right or should they be 11"?

On the GTX, you only have 11" all around when you have drums all around.

BUT, you can add the 11" brakes to the rear if

trying to keep "all numbers match" or not.
I have a complete set of 11" brakes for sale if
