1970 Roadrunner Seat Belts Install?

I am trying to figure out how to reinstall the complete set of seat belts on my 70 RR bucket seat car. I have a couple questions and pics would help if anyone has them. I have the shop manual but still cannot figure this out.

First. Do the front belts use the double buckle on either side of the console hump? The reason I ask is if you only use a single buckle how do the shoulder harness attach if you only use 1 buckle. Or were the harnesses only used if you were not using the lap belt?

Second. What do the rear belts look like when installed when they are laying on the seat? Orientation wise.

I just took mine apart and there were individual buckles for the shoulder and seat belts. They mounted to the floor with a thick spacer between them so they could swivel independant from each other....sorry, no pic.

I have 2 sets of 2 buckles sewed together at the mounting point, I assume these are the ones. With the spacer will the plastic cover fit over them?

Yes, the cover will fit over the "double sewn" front belts.
