anyone run cop rims on the front of a 65 A body

I have a set of cop rims with 215/65/15 tires & tried them on the front of my 65 Valiant but they rub on the lower bottom of the front wheel opening when you turn the wheel I was wondering if anyone has run these rims & what size tire did you run?

on my 65 A I was barely able to run 14's with I think 195's & I had to rework the fender on one side(passenger I think)
