Correct color carpet 69 charger with blue interior?

I just bought a new carpet for my 69 charger with blue interior. The carpet color matches the rest of the interior well. However it looks quite a bit lighter than the original carpet. Is this the correct shade? It's possible that my original carpet is dirty/sun damaged. There's a newer carpet on top of the original carpet.

the parts catalog refers to the color as B9 (dark blue), my brother's '69 Barracuda was also very dark blue
dirty, but look at the areas under the seat tracks - a good shampoo/cleaning is in order

Generally in that era the carpet shade is close to the darkest interior pieces like dash/package tray/console/seat belt anchor covers.
Except for the 4-speed Road Runners (and maybe Super Bees ?), which got black carpet.
Good photo of that Barracuda: you can also see how sunlight faded the cargo area carpet.
I don't recall if Barry's Hamtramck_Historical site shows carpet colors in the factory trim guides.
But here's an example of the color...

In general, 4 speed cars usually came with black carpets reguardless of the interior color.
I'm sure this comment will set off a debate and I hope it does because subject has baffled me.

Automatic car or 4 speed car ?

Thanks guys. 6bblgt's photo makes sense to me. It is an auto car. The original color doesn't look black, just very dark blue. I'm taking the carpet(s) out to do a 4 speed conversion with stock parts. The new carpet matches the interior trim well and does not look out of place. It's definitely nicer than what I have now, so I'm not disappointed. I noticed the loops are much bigger on the new carpet too.

I think that 69 Dart GT/GTS should have same blue carpet that 6bblgt posted in that 69 Barracuda 4spd

Thanks NatchoRT74. I saw that posted on a Hamtrack historical webpage. My vinyl is definitely C6D. Is there a book like that with carpet swatches? I thought I saw something on an episode of Graveyard Cars.

Unfortunatelly 68/70 dealership catalogs doesn’t show the diff shades colors on the interior/trim section like other years do. Not that I have found at least. But PRETTY SURE the parts manual catalog should be more specific on color shades for interior on the interior trim section. It is on my 74 parts catalog at least.
