Anybody have a Summit discount code?

If anybody here has a Summit discount code they don't need I could use one. I was given one recently but when I tried to place my order it wouldn't work.

Exactly. The same happened to me. There seems to be a couple different ways Summit gives discounts. I have no idea how the "discount code" is obtained but there are "gift" codes and these don't apply to online ordering. Call them up and they'll take care of you.

What some guys don’t realize is every single digit on the code and date have to be EXACTLY how it is on the coupon handouts. And in the right spot. I have given out a lot of codes and some of the stories I hear on how they submitted them I could write a book.

Also if your a Summit pro member you usually can't use your Pro member when using a discount code.

You never can use both. They changed that years ago. Sure was nice when you could and no sales tax either.

yeah, taxes are getting kind'a greedy, especially Pa. charging sales tax on out of state sales from states that have NO sales tax.

You might want to double-check that. Summit charges the tax of the state or province they're shipping to. If I have my stuff shipped to N.Y. they charge N.Y. sales tax. If I have my stuff shipped to Canada they charge the Ontario tax. What tax could they charge you if your state has no tax ?!?!?

I just entered an order with Summit to ship to Montana 59901 ... NO sales tax !!!

Yep mine is 6% for Pa. They need it.

Just had the same experience. I could not get their system to recognize the code at checkout. I called their Ohio store, placed the order, and the code worked. Thanks for the info. in this thread!

I use DontPayFull to look for discounts for various online stores. They have discounts and coupons for Summit. Check out this page.
