Dodge w150 leaf springs - 11/06/22 03:50 AM

I need to replace the rear leaf spring hanger on my 85 w150 and I'm considering just changing out all the leaf springs and hardware while I'm at it. Any recommendations? I'm not looking to lift the truck like most of the 4" lift springs that I've seen, maybe just an extra inch for tire clearance. I was considering ats springs, it looks like they're made in america. Any recommendations?

Sky jacker makes a spring that gives 1.5-2.5" inch lift and the ride is quite a bit better than stock, I had them in my Ramcharger, I have their 6" springs in it now. I had stock replacement springs with add-a-leafs in my other truck and it rode like a lumber wagon.

On my '93 W150, I went with Skyjacker's system, and have been really happy with it. Better ride than the OEM packs. Now, I did the 4", but I've heard good feedback on their 2.5 system, also.

Does anyone know what size spring eye bolt the skyjacker springs use. I need to change my spring hangers while I'm at it and I see that they came with three different sizes from the factory. Also, I only saw front springs listed for sale, but no rear springs. Do they only make fronts for the 1st generation dodges?
