2014 ram 1500 2wd hemi with 52000 miles, the steering sometimes feels twitchy, like barely moving the wheel at 60 mph will cause it to turn more than it should. tires are at the correct psi and no other issues. my 2011 does not do this but it has over 200000 miles!

This was going on with my friend's 2019 RAM, don't know if it has anything to do with your truck's situation. Scared the crap out of me when I drove his truck.
