Summit racing has drilled rotors for the small bolt K/H listed in their online catalog, currently they show them on sale for $71.95. I haven't used them but do know of a person on another board that did on his '67 Barracuda and was happy with them. Summit PN is: SUM-DSEP-5384L and SUM-DSEP-5384R.

Try NAPA or a mom and pop parts place. I found mine thru a independent parts store. The American made were around $60 each but on backorder with no ship date. I ended up getting the other rotors available (chinese I assume) for $29 each.
Went and found the box, Made in China. Mfr was ABS Brakes Inc, PN BD60257. I couldn't locate this number on the web.
Autozone has some listed, PN 5384, $84 each.
