Assistance with flywheel dimensions needed

Came across a Hays flywheel, but I’m not 100% sure how to accurately measure to confirm size. Is the overall size determined by measuring the outer threaded holes diagonally (center to center)?

Count the number of teeth on the ring gear first and tell us that. It will be either 143 or 130. I assume we’re talking six bolts on the flange.

There are 130 teeth and 6-bolt holes on the flywheel.

That is a 10.5-inch clutch replacement flywheel, you can use a 10.95 type clutch disc and pressure plate with it also
