Cheapest full 1/4's Satellite?

Who has the cheapest full quarters for a 68 satellite/roadrunner? Found some pretty ugly metal work done by a previous owner of my satellite and I'm gonna need atleast one full 1/4 and I might even do both full if I can find a good deal on them. Another question is, Does the panel come with the window channel up to the lead line?

If you get the full AMD quarter, Yes.
