Would a fairly high optioned two fender tag 1970 Hemi Cuda have 3 tags with the third one being the Hemi Fender tag? The car in question has two tags but does NOT have the Hemi Fender tag.....

The inner fender had dimples for 3 tags so the answer in yes, there could be 3 tags.

the "HEMI FENDER" tag was not used all year - it arrived spring of '70
