Seat belt cleaning?

Any secret formulas to soak my seat belts in to clean them?

Ya... warm water...

You won't believe how dark the water will get...

I didn't use any special cleaners since it may affect the dye.

After they were dry they looked like new.

Thanks Matt, but I am afraid mine are too far gone for that.. Fair amount of rust on the metal parts/clasps also..

Any sources for new belts or redoing mine??
