1/4 window replacement seals---Install

O.K got my new seals ,Frames are all cleaned-up and painted ready to assemble--The new seals have like white baby powder on them-I think it is a release agent used in the molding process--Do i wash them in hot water????? Do I armorall them or what do i do--Thanks Steve

I cleaned them and then sprayed them with some WD 40 to allow it to slide on the frame.
