I'm pretty sure I understand this correctly as being a 3.55 ratio gear, is the MS291-2 a date code? 2/9/71 ?? How's that work? Thanks guys.

I hate cones with a passion , only way to really know how bad it is to take it apart .
Clean off the gears and take a close look at the teeth on the gears , use a magnifying glass .
