Can't open your link but the 3 connectors are usually *Normally Open, *Normally Closed and *Common.

Makes sense but I can't see any marking on them to know which is which, will just have to try I guess

Use a multi-meter or test light to check for continuity between two terminals without vacuum and then with vacuum; one terminal will be common to both.
