Friend looking for 69 RR bumpers ASAP

Have a friend who recently restored an A12 RR. His bumpers need replaced for an upcoming show. They are the original ones and he may send them out to get rechromed at a later date. He called 2 places and they are on back order. Who can he call to get good bumpers and have them by Sept 1st? He lives in zip code 48444 which is an hour north of Detroit, MI basically. He wants them on for the Frankenmuth AutoFest.

I can get him a rechromed front one. I am in Clinton Twp. $375

Tri-City usually has them in stock and ready to ship. If he wants to keep his originals he will have to pay the core charge.
