Is the picture a Federal or TRW pump
How can the shaft seal be removed from the pump in the attached picture without the original tools shown in the FSM.

It's just a seal, punch a hole in it for leverage and pull it out... here's an ID for TRW or Fed

Not Federal because the shaft does not have the 3/8" threaded hole for removing and installing the pulley.

maybe a saganaw, I think it was a press on pulley
