Assuming you are asking about the brake (flex hose) that connects thebody brake line to the rear axle brake line junction block, I would also like to know. Advance auto only lists one flex line for all applications.

when i changed from 8-3/4 to a D-60 everything swapped over.

If both housings are the same year, the hose will be the same. They moved the vent hole location (and thus the hose fitting) from year-to-year on some bodies.

Inline Tube has a variety of stainless flex line applications with some measurements and different "T"'s. Gotta scroll down to near the bottom for Mopars.
