Charger lenses mount from the back, Fury from the bottom.
They do not interchange.

Strange.
Some parts (exhaust manifolds as one example) can have a casting number one number off from the actual part number.

3403655 is the correct number for 1970 Charger. I just looked at a pair I have here. I assume the catalog part number 654 is possibly the complete assembly.....not just the lens. This is the case with side markers etc. Not certain though.
