I have a Polyglas G60x15 that reads F29 DOT MBUF DLA426. Can you tell me what year these were made? Thanks

MB = PLANT - Goodyear Tire in Akron, OH
UF = SIZE - G60-15
DLA = TYPE - fiberglass belted w/RWL
426 = DATE - 42nd week of 1976
