If solid at a good price, likely sold already.

Not sure what you need, but Desert Valley has a bunch of hoods, not always cheap though but usually rust free or minimal rust.

Have you tried Wildcat Auto wrecking in Oregon?

I think you would have better luck posting an add in the parts wanted section here and elsewhere than hunting salvage yards.

I second that Mopar guys horde stuff. At least that is what my wife would say, but I would say that I save things that I may or may not need.

Should also mention what you are looking for. Peeps here may know a source for it.

Looking for a 70-72 duster hood. A few of the places have gotten back with me (Wildcast, Desert Valley, L&L classic, Hidden Valley and CTC Auto Ranch). Some have one, others don't, but WOW shipping a hood is stupid money ($3-400). Going to try and find one some what local to me so I can go pick it up.

As for shipping a hood, I have found the the least expensive way to do this is to ship it by Greyhound bus. They do take it and it is not too bad in price (half of what everyone else charges). the down side is that it has to be delivered to the station AND picked it up at a station. So you need to know where the stations are on both ends of teh deal and that it will be acceptable.
