i am swapping my 4.10 gear for a 3.54, its a moser case and aftermarket carrier. what is a good starting shim thickness on the pinion ?

.060 for a dana case, .015 for a strange s60.

If it has the spanners for backlash adjustment I would say yes. Maybe call Moser to be sure.
