Does anyone recognize the number associated with this kit, appears to be #4115501 on the installation sheet. I'm trying to determine the years/model applications. Thanks

With the big notch in the driver's side bracket, I'd guess B van.

I’m planning to advertise it, just trying to determine what it fits to sell. I figured it was for 1/2 ton trucks.

The ones I've installed on trucks didn't have any offset tab like the front one or the need for that big notch.

Looking closer at the install sheet, it appears the hitch is #4086475. Does anyone have a parts book that may include this number?
