Brake Booster ID help Please - 06/11/18 06:45 PM

My friend thinks it came off a `69 Road Runner or a `69 B body wagon he had way back but not sure. I am helping him out to sell it.

3/8 stud all around. #27 and Made in Canada stamp on rod through firewall.

Thanks

if it were a 69 RR or B body wagon, it would have 4 studs for the master, not 2. so with that said, maybe a later [in the 80's] truck or FMJ body with the 2 bolt master ?

Sorry, was a quick response over my lunch break. Truck boosters didn't have the bracket between the booster and firewall. 2 bolt is newer than mid 70's.

Actually looks familiar, like the one on my 77 F-150.

85 truck had 2 bolt masters,[only truck FSM i own in that year range] but as you said, no linkage setup on the booster. i don't know when the 2 bolt masters first appeared, but when they did, aluminum and iron versions were available at the same time on the same model year vehicles.
