Another Help I.D. Steel Wheel Post

I have another wheel that I found in my storage that I need help identifying. It is a 15 x 6 1/2 JJ, part number stamped near the valve stem is 2944155, also stamped M3 0.

Any help with the application is appreciated. I can take some photos if that will help.
