Anyone know if there are 340 heat riser kits available?

Anyone know if there is a reproduction RH exhaust manifold heat riser kit available for a stock 340 setup (69-70 A-Body)?

May have an nos one but would have to look.

Try Neil Jenks at dynamicrenovations.net. Saw a complete set at mopar nationals that even included the anti-rattle spring. Nice pieces.

The repro by Jenks is excellent as I purchased one a few years ago at the Nats.

I checked website and they aren't listed but to my knowledge, never have been. A phone call may be in order.

i bought a nos one on ebay for my 71. seems to be lots of 71+ there but havent looked for earlier versions.

Hard to find the earlier ones with the thin damper as seen in the top in the pictures.
All the new repros have the fat damper...not sure if the numbers are cast into it like originals

Here's an original thin damper on a 10/15/68 manifold. It looks to be an iron casting. Or it could be a steel casting.

Here's an NOS replacement thick damper. It looks to be a precision powdered iron pressing. It's magnetic. Maybe the reason for high precision was to get the center hole to the correct press fit diameter without machining? Even the numbers and the pentastar are precision.
