Have a broken flexplate on my big block 77 D100. Just curious if after sliding the torque converter back, is there enough room to get a wrench on the flexplate bolts?

Probably not 
I would get ready to slide the tranny back AFTER disconnecting the converter first and go from there, you might get lucky
Do you have any of the older skinny flywheel open end wrenches? If so you might be able to swing it

no. not enough room to remove the bolt. IMHO.
you want to slide trans back so you can install & torque bolts.
I suggest R&R the trans and do any seals/gaskets while your at it.
then you can match up the flex plate to the TC for correct size and bolt spacing.
I paint 1 ear of flex while on the TC to get them right the first try bolting them up.
nothing worse than get to the TC bolts and have to spin the TC 2-3 times to get it lined up correct or find you have a 10" when you need the 11" flex plate....

Yeah, I always mark the flexplate and converter as well. Makes life a lot easier when trying to bolt everything back together. Wishful thinking on my part but, I should replace the front seal while I'm at it so, it looks like the trans is coming out.

Do yourself a favor and get one of the solid B&M flexplates. The factory ones are marginal. I have replaced several broken ones over the past 25 years. The B&M plate is bullet proof and well worth the money.
I agree, even if you could get to the bolts it will be difficult to properly torque the new plate. I also agree about the trans seals. If I pull a trans its going to get a new tail seal, input seal and shift lever seals at minimum. I have changed the shift shaft seals in car before and its no fun even with the correct tool.
